Yes and no. Given the array of parts per machine and machines totalling in the 10s of thousands if not 100s, the result is millions of parts so it's impossible to stock everything by a tech, much less a manufacturer. However, you would be surprised with how resourceful Techs can be with sourcing new and used parts, lean on them for their expertise. Be advised if part ordering is required, this will add to the repair timewindow.
