On Site Fitness Repair Expectations: How much does the typical repair cost?

The cost of a repair cannot be determined until the labor and parts warranty for your unit has been established and a technician has inspected the equipment and had an opportunity to assess the problem. Typically we see 3 Years Parts, 1 Year Labor...  Or, 5 Years Parts, 2 years labor, consult your owner's manual for specifics.  Note. Most Manufactuerer Warranties are NOT transferrable to the next owner.

Labor – If your equipment is out of labor warranty, most techs bill at one of three service-levels, depending on the complexity of the repair. Usually, labor is billed per repair, not per service visit.

Parts – If your equipment is no longer under parts warranty and parts are required to complete your repair, your service technician will need to contact the manufacturer for current pricing.

If there will be any additional charge beyond the first service visit, your service technician will always provide you with a complete repair quote: including all taxes, shipping, parts and labor before completing your repair.
