Cleaning and Lubing Elliptical Rails - Prevent Squeaking

1. With a rag and rubbing alcohol, wipe down the aluminum rails and wheels that run up and down the rails. Make sure to clean off all old lube and dirt that may have built up there. The lube cannot just be wiped off with a rag.
2. Using the lube that came with your machine, you need to lightly coat the rails and wheels with lube.
3. You only need to use two small drop of lube on each rail.
