The manufacturer of popular namebrands such as Proform, Nordictrack, Healthrider, Epic, Gold's Gym (and others), Icon Health and Fitness, recently reengineered many of the popular motor controllers used in past and present treadmills, included is a picture is the replacement board for 263165 or MC2100LTS-30 shich is now 398056 MC1618DLS. Included in the box is 1) DETAILED instructions 2) adapter cable 3) Controller circuit board assembly.
