Step-by-step guide to replacing the wire harness on a treadmill. This process may be slightly different for your machine. Be sure to reference your manual.

1. Remove the Key from the console, unplug the powercord, five hood screws and then remove the motor hood.

2. Disconnect the upright wire harness from the console wire.

3. Raise the right upright cover.

4. First, remove the upright strain relief. Next, remove the upright ground wire. Then, remove the belly pan strain relief.
