Checking a NordicTrack Treadmill Belt That Stops

This particular situation was a strange occurrence as board seemed to be the culprit behind the belt stopping, but then seemed to work fine after unplugging and plugging back the wires. Hopefully if you own a NordicTrack treadmill some of the advice in this video might help.
