Here is how to fix the well known Boot Screen Issue on NordicTrack machines. This machine is the NordicTrack X11i Incline Trainer. If you have another machine, the steps are still the same, but you would need to find where your reset button hole is on the console. The hole where you need to hold the paperclip in will vary per machine model. Many machines have them located on the top of the console instead of the sides.
